The visit was quick and efficient! The appointment was for my 2 year old. The Dr. explained everything before he did it and as tested him. It was so cool to see how some of the test worked for the littles!
I've been hesitant for 5 years to finally get hearing aids. My two appointments (validate prior hearing test, then fit the hearing aids) took a total of 30 minutes. Dr. Cavanaugh was very knowledgeable and explained everything quite well. The only holdup was with my insurance company who took almsot two weeks to get the deductible correct for my policy, but everything else went smoothly and communicating with Hearing Solutions of Louisiana via email was ideal.
Dr. Jake Cavanaugh deserves a million star rating from myself and my husband. He gave me the gift of hearing better again, after not being able to hear well for years. I fault myself for not seeing him sooner. When he said Merry Christmas, as I was leaving his office, he has no clue how much he helped myself and my husband. I had tears of joy in my eyes as we left.

Dr. Jake is great. Really cares and very good at what he does. I’ve been hearing impaired my whole life so I’m a more complicated patient than most because of how bad my hearing loss is. With his help I’m able to hear much better than before.
Dr. Cavenaugh did an assessment and determined I had vertigo. He gave me an exercise to do to remedy my dizziness. I followed his instructions at home and saw relief almost immediately.
